Comelec finishes hearing poll case filed against Cotabato City mayor.(Provincial News)

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has wrapped up the hearing on the pre-proclamation case filed by candidate Estrellita "Neng" Juliano against Cotabato City Mayor Muslimin Sema.

The Comelec en banc, led by Chairman Benjamin S. Abalos Sr., gave Juliano three days to make a formal offer of evidence and five days for Sema to comment after which both parties have 15 days to submit their respective memoranda. The case is then deemed submitted for resolution.
