Sep. 3--The abundance of healthful food has reached an all-time high in South Sound lunchrooms in the year since school districts statewide adopted new, stricter nutrition policies, local educators say. Candy, soda and other sugary treats have all but disappeared. So have most foods that are high in fat or calories.
