250ml sugar

15ml aniseed (optional)

250g butter, cut into cubes

1 x 397g can condensed milk

750ml vanilla-and-honey flavoured tea

Combine flour, salt, sugar and aniseed in a large mixing bowl. Rub in the butter until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add the condensed milk and tea, and mix to a stiff dough, adding more tea if necessary. ...
