Beetles blamed for deaths of pine trees, but there is another culprit.

Sep. 2--LOXAHATCHEE -- When a couple of the pine trees on her horse farm started turning brown a few months ago, Hollie Proesel didn't worry. And then the problem spread. "All the sudden, they started dying. Within three months, the property's been decimated by them," said Proesel, who estimates she has lost about 40 trees to pine beetles.
She's not the only one. State foresters have received about 40 calls from homeowners arou...
