Firm close to NLMK shareholders gets majority on Taganrog port board
ROSTOV/MOSCOW. Aug 29 (Interfax) - Representatives of Chupit Limited, a company close to shareholders in Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK), have received six of the nine seats on the board of directors at Taganrog Commercial Seaport.
The port told Interfax that the new board was elected at a meeting on August 18.
Chupit Limited owns 54.65% of the port's charter capital. The state, with 25.5% or 34% of the common shares, retains three seats on the board.
