Ukraine wants to raise loans to develop deposits in Azov, Black Seas
MOSCOW. Aug 28 (Interfax) - Ukraine would like to raise international bank loans and use state companies to develop shelves in the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea in order to reduce the country's dependence on imported energy, Fuel & Energy Minister Yuriy Boyko said.
"We should raise loans to develop [shelves] and work with state companies to the fullest extent in order to produce hydrocarbons," he said at a press conference on Saturday in Yalta. "We feel that we have the technical ...
