The Tshwane Metro Council is to honour female members of the SA National Defence Force (SANDF) and the Tshwane Metro Police.

A parade to honour and acknowledge women who are involved in upholding safety and security will be hosted by mayor Dr Gwen Ramokgopa today.

The parade will assemble at Church Square at 10am and start south in Paul Kruger Street up to Skinner Street.
