SUN BELT

OUTLOOK: The Sun Belt, which has the same eight-team lineup, had tri-champions _ Arkansas State, Louisiana-Lafayette and Louisiana Monroe _ last season, and could have another mad scramble this year. There are four or five teams, including Florida International, that could win the prize. Ranked as the worst Division I-A conference, the Sun Belt needs to pull off a big non-conference victory or two. The league was 1-26 last season in non-conference games against I-A teams.
