Aug. 21--MORRIS -- A local boater who repeatedly swerved in front of a floatplane on Bantam Lake to prevent it from taking off was arrested on a warrant Sunday, authorities said.
The floatplane was giving rides to campers from inner-city neighborhoods who attended nearby Camp Hope. The pilot and owner of the plane has been donating rides to the two top "campers of the week" for many years, according to the state Department of Environmen...
