    LEXINGTON, Ky., March 4 /PRNewswire/ -- KU Capital Corporation, the nonutility subsidiary of KU Energy Corporation (NYSE: KU), today announced that it had entered into agreements with Tenaska, Inc. and affiliates to purchase limited partnership interests in the ownership and development of certain independent power generation projects.
