Aug. 11--Photographs are one way to capture memories, although the apparent preferred method for hunters is taxidermy.
The number of hunters has declined in recent years, down nationally by 7 percent since 1991, according to a recent U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service study. But taxidermy, the art of creating lifelike exhibits from animal skins, remains bullish.
