Ricardo de Montreuil isn't your typical VP-creative director. Not only does he hold that title at the Mun2 cable network, but at 32, he's already directed a movie-"La Mujer de Mi Hermano'' ("My Brother's Wife'')-which debuted in the U.S. earlier this year on more than 200 theater screens. That's one of the largest openings for a Spanish-language film in this country.

What's more, his team at Telemundo-owned Mun2 recently picked up a gold and a silver prize in the 2006 Promax & BDA North American Awards Competitions.
