    NEW YORK _ The U.S. industrial capacity utilization rate climbed to 83.4 percent in February, a near 5-year high that is consistent with further tightening moves by the Federal Reserve, analysts said Tuesday. 
    Also, the January capacity utilization rate, first reported at 83.1 percent, was upwardly revised to 83.3 percent.
