NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J., July 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Magyar Bancorp , parent company of Magyar Bank, announced today its results of operations for the three and nine months ended June 30, 2006. For the quarter ended June 30, 2006, net income increased 150.9% to $276,000 from $110,000 for the quarter ended June 30, 2005. The Company's net income for the three months resulted in a basic and diluted earnings per share of $.05. For the nine months ended June 30, 2006, the Company recorded a net loss of $231,000 compared to net income of $65,000 for the nine months ended June ...
