Justice minister says people cannot trust legal system.

Jul. 13--Monica Macovei criticized court panels for issuing different rulings in the same case and implied she might replace General Prosecutor Ilie Botos.
"One cannot trust the legal system right now. When you have different rulings by courts trying a case and the court trying the appeal, which is the good one? We don't know. We will never know. Maybe neither was right," said Justice Minister Monica Macovei on Tuesday evening.
