Jul. 7--Brownsville Navigation District Vice Chairman Luigi Cristiano could not recall Thursday who he called at BND offices to say he was ready for business.

"I mentioned to some people at the port, 'Whenever you all need more services, call me,'" said Cristiano, owner of Perma-Temp Personnel Services, about his return to a rotation of firms that provide BND with temporary workers.
