Champion race-horse trainer Mike de Kock loves Durban and plans to make it his permanent home in the next three years.
While he spends five months of the year in Durban, the 42-year-old says he feels sad that he cannot spend more time here.
"I'm at my Umhlanga home from May to September, spend four months in Dubai and the rest of the year in Gauteng. I must admit none of these places compare to Durban. I always miss the beautiful beaches and our sunny skies."
