Jun. 30--Bangkok Dusit Medical Services (BGH), the operator of Bangkok Hospital, is acquiring 75 percent of Ratchasima Thonburi Hospital in Nakhon Ratchasima for 765 million baht in order to expand into northeastern Thailand.
