Jun. 28--LIMA -- After approving $57,500 for Veterans Memorial Civic Center utilities Tuesday, Commissioner Greg Sneary signaled that he is losing patience for a facility that doesn't pay for itself. The county general fund pays the utility bills at the Civic Center.
