Jun. 27--The battle over Bunyan has come to a close.
An agreement has been reached between the Ohio Forestry Association and Hocking College in a lawsuit over whether the name of the school's festival, the Bunyan Show, infringes on the association's festival, the Paul Bunyan Show.
"Primarily, they're just glad to stop the confusion," said Mark Losey, an attorney with the forestry association. "It was always about the customers and the people who participated and eliminating the confusion caused by using that name."
