AT FIRST IT SEEMED LIKE A perfect fit between farmer Charles Vestal and attorney S. Graham Catlett of Little Rock.
In 2004, Vestal agreed to run one of the first U.S. Department of Agriculture-certified greenhouse organic tomato farms, and Catlett would handle the business of Vestal Gourmet Foods Inc. of Sheridan.
Vestal's family roots in farming dated back to the 1800s, and Catlett had more than 25 years of business and legal experience.
But last fall the relationship went bad between Vestal and Catlett, who had been friends for about 15 years.
