The Pays Dogon region is in Mali, West Africa.
The Dogon are an ethnic group located mainly in the administrative districts of Bandiagara and Douent-za.
The area is one of the poorest in Mali but the culture is rich.
Dogon Country is composed of three distinct topographical regions: the plain, the cliffs, and the plateau.
