Financial Services Net, the mortgage information website, has reported a rise in the number of enquiries from property buyers in the first four months of the year.
To date, the 100-page portal has had an average of 85,000 unique visitors for each month, which amounts to a leap of 85 per cent compared with the previous year.
Financial Services Net claims nearly 25 per cent of the mortgage market share, and it said its competitors trail at 10 per cent.
