LAS VEGAS -- PTS Inc. (OTCBB:PTSH) announced today that they have signed a consulting agreement with Mr. Yu Jian Meng and his firm, Shang Hai Yi Heng Hang Business Consulting Co. Ltd. (SHYHH), to assist the company in marketing the Glove Box(TM) throughout China.

PTS, Inc. had retained the marketing services of Mr. Yu and SHYHH to further develop and expand the marketing of Glove Box, and to find a manufacture and possible JV (Joint Venture) partner with a company in China so as to further the improvements with the Glove Box Inc.
