Civic Center plans deserve community input.(Spotlight)

Civic Center has seen a lot and been around for a long time, but this is a big week nonetheless.

On Wednesday a farmers' market organized by the Civic Center Conservancy opens there, an event that will continue once a week through the summer.

And on Thursday, architect Daniel Libeskind and members of the conservancy will unveil his "inspiration ideas" for Civic Center, one of the most written-about projects without real details encountered in a long time.
