New funding means sex discrimination case goes on.

A FEMALE City highflier's landmark sex discrimination battle with Nomura is back on at the Court of Appeal after the Equal Opportunities Commission renewed its funding of the case.
The court has set aside two days in November to re-examine Andrea Madarassy's [pounds sterling]1 million claim that the Japanese bank unfairly dismissed her because of her sex.
The case should act as a marker for British business over the rights of workers on maternity leave.
Madarassy's claim against the bank is one of only a handful of sex discrimination claims ...
