Jun. 7--FORTY FORT -- A cancer resource center called Candy's Place has reopened in a new, larger office that will be on display later this week during a public open house. Area residents are invited to tour the Welles Street facility between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. tomorrow and 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Friday.
