Aladdin Knowledge Systems has completed its IPO on NASDAQ. The net total raised was $7.9 million, with 31 percent of the company's equity offered to the public. Underwriters Oscar Gruss & Son and the Barrington Capital Group exercised their option to cover excess orders. The proceeds of the IPO will go for marketing and developing the company's flagship product HASP (Hardware Against Software Piracy), and for developing new products. ...
