The Ministry of Communications will issue a tender on November 11 for a second company to offer cellular phone services in Israel. The ministerial committee on privatization decided in February that Israel should have a second cellular phone system, to compete with the one run by Bezeq and Motorola Israel. The cost of operating the second cellular phone network is estimated at $75-$130 million. More than 350,000 subcribers are expected to use cellular phone services within 10 years....
