The International Paint and Printing Ink Council (IPPIC) has identified several environmental and regulatory issues of common interest to the international paint, coatings and printing ink industries. IPPIC members, in meetings held since the organization's 1992 founding, have noted that countries are making uneven progress on environmental issues.
