You've probably seen her. Many times. In fact, it would be hard to find anybody in Hampton Roads who hasn't had her in their home. Many times.

So who is this woman always lurking behind Dennis Ellmer, president of Priority Toyota, and always saying the same thing: "I just want to thank you."?

Is it his wife? A dealership employee? A famous actress in disguise?

Her tag line, "I just want to thank you," now is part of the cultural fabric of Hampton Roads.

But just who is this woman?
