Jun. 5--It's now a waiting game for the folks at First Magnus Financial Corp. The Tucson-based financial services giant and parent company of mortgage lender Charter Funding has been working toward expanding into retail banking by opening two full-service banks. First Magnus Federal Bank is intended to be a full-service, federally chartered bank. The company announced last year it expected to open by January this year, but delays intervened.
