Drive into this small town of 79 souls not far from Columbia, and a visitor finds a quiet Main Street under a noon sun. An actor a and there's quite a few around here a could easily stand unmolested in the middle of the lane and perform Shakespeare to the town hound, and it's probably been done a few times....
