Dinner is a family affair at Xinh Xinh in Chinatown. Brother and sister Lam and Tina Duong opened the new Vietnamese restaurant directly across the street from their parents' fabric and jewelry store. Assorted spouses, siblings and relatives pitch in to lend a helping hand.
