NEW YORK - Firmenich is consolidating its fine fragrance and home and body care divisions in its North American offices, hoping to maximize cross-functional synergies and keep up with a dynamic, evolving market.

The new chief will be Jerry Vittoria in the post of president of Fragrances North America. He is currently vice president and general manager of Body & Home Care North America.
