Jun. 1--Federal authorities arrested a fifth suspect in an alleged human smuggling ring that reportedly used luxury charter boats and sea routes to bypass Border Patrol checkpoints. U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement agents arrested Norman Michael Walker, Breakaway Cruises captain, on a federal human smuggling charge Tuesday afternoon.
