May 30--VIRGINIA BEACH -- The small field and tall trees that separate Lorna Meyer's townhouse from the Philippine Cultural Center of Virginia aren't enough to muffle the booming bass. "My ceiling and my walls, I'm telling you, they rock on weekends," Meyer said. "You can hardly sleep."
