Cerritos residents are riding the COW all over town.
COW roams the streets seven days a week -- stopping off at such places as malls, parks, schools, libraries and City Hall -- and no one gives a lick. In fact, many Cerritos residents seem downright bullish on their new public transportation system -- Cerritos on Wheels, or COW for short.
The acronym is the result of a city "Name the Bus" contest and is reminiscent of the town's beginnings as the City of Dairy Vall...
