Bucharest mayor touts foreign investments as development pillar for city.

May 26--General Mayor Adriean Videanu yesterday urged foreign investors to get involved in public-private partnerships, as he believes this is the best solution for the capital's development.
"Bucharest's only alternative are foreign direct investments," Videanu said yesterday in his opening speech of the "Invest in the new Bucharest" event organized by Bucharest Daily News in partnership with City Hall.
