U.S. to hold up Russia's entry into World Trade Organization.(TRADE)

The U.S. will hold up Russia's entry into the World Trade Org. until fall or even later, despite Russian hopes for a U.S. nod by July. Congressional trade panels are sitting on the deal to admit Russia unless it starts to protect intellectual property and enforce patents.
