Government officials criticize Oil Refineries chief Ohad Marani over deal.

May 25--Sources inform "Globes" that Oil Refineries chairman Orah Marani signed the deal to buy fuel stations from Dor-Alon, controlled by David Wiessman, without obtaining approval from Oil Refineries owners -- the State of Israel.

Only close to the release of news of the deal to the media did Marani inform Government Companies Authority director Eyal Gabbai, in a short telephone conversation, about the deal that had been done.
