When Empak, a designer and manufacturer of molded plastic containers needed to create complex blends for a plastic container, it enlisted the services of CNC Software Products. Two-dimensional drawings were entered into MasterCam to come up with 3D wireframe models for the container. The shipper prototype would not have been possible to create by using hand coding or a high-end computer-aided design system.
