MAYOR Ken Livingstone has enjoyed a bumper year of gifts and hospitality, receiving more than 70 "freebies" as he carried out his official duties.

They range from a [pounds sterling]330 beige suit, provided for his trip to Singapore last year to lobby for London to host the 2012 Olympics, to a room in the Majestic Hotel in Cannes for a property conference.
