May 17--When you think of nighttime entertainment options in Central Oregon, professional basketball doesn't often come to mind. But local partners in the Central Oregon Hotshots, a second-year franchise in the 24-team newly formed International Basketball League, believe that the market exists for additional minor league sports and are exploring ways to construct a multipurpose athletic center in Bend.
