Stroh contributes to Vietnam monument fund. (Stroh Brewery Co.)

The Stroh Brewery Co. announced today that it has donated $20,000 to the Vietnam Monument Commission of Michigan and will undertake a combined marketing and sales effort to raise additional funds for the construction of the monument.

The announcement was made during a press conference unveiling the monument design at the veteran's Memorial Building in Detroit.

Peter W. Stroh, chairman and chief executive officer of the Stroh Brewery Co., serves as an advisory board member on the commission.
