May 12--Low-cost airline Air Deccan is betting that a rationalisation of fares and a shakeout in the aviation sector over the next 18 to 24 months, will result in improved profitability for itself.
The Bangalore-based airline, whose IPO opens on May 18, has lower operating costs compared to the full service carriers.
