After a three-year, $102-million expansion and renovation, New York's Morgan Library reopened to the public on Apr. 29. Designed by architect Renzo Piano, the project, his first completed commission in New York, features 75,000 square feet of new space, including a central courtyard, a 280-seat performance hall, a reading room, two cafes and a gift shop. Piano's design integrates three historical buildings situated on the museum's 151,000-square-foot campus.
