Airport officials predict summer parking crunch. Some airport officials expect a parking shortage this summer. Parking lot operators are adding spaces and boosting rates, and some airports are asking fliers to leave their cars at home. "What we're trying to avoid is that ultimate bad moment when someone drives here in his car and can't find a place to park," says Victor Gill, a spokesman for the Burbank, Calif., airport.
