WOONSOCKET, R.I. -- The CVS/Pharmacy Charitable Trust, a private foundation managed by CVS Corp., has awarded millions of dollars in grants since its inception in 2001.

In late March the drug chain and the trust announced the creation of CVS All Kids Can, a five-year, $25 million commitment to making life easier for children with disabilities.

A spokeswoman says that through this signature program CVS and its more than 140,000 employees plan to help children with disabilities learn, play and succeed through partnerships with such leading local and national nonprofit ...
