Even the most jaded of diners swoon when they first enter Kevin Taylor's at the Opera House. The "front door" of the restaurant is the grand, airy lobby of the new Ellie Caulkins Opera House.

Guests sweep down a gorgeous glass staircase and usually stop in their tracks at the bottom when they take in the restaurant's eye-candy vistas. Three large pieces of color-drenched artwork by Denver's Vance Kirkland hang over the long wooden bar on one of the original sandstone walls of the old Auditorium Theatre.
